COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
While many things have changed, one thing remains the same: our office’s commitment to your safety.
During this time, we have implemented additional safety precautions to help protect our patients and staff.

Mount Forest and Listowel Denture Clinic!
We will be scheduling appointments in a manner that promotes social distancing and allows for adequate time for us to disinfect all areas of use in between patient appointments.
All patients will be screened by telephone prior to attending the clinic. This will most commonly occur during the telephone reminder call prior to the appointment.
Upon arrival, please park in the reserved parking spot and call our office to let us know you have arrived. We will call or text you once the office is ready for you to enter.
We ask that patients enter the office unaccompanied, if possible. For those patients who need a guardian to accompany them, we ask that this be limited to one single family member.
Every person entering the office is expected to wear a face covering and will be asked to sanitize their hands immediately upon entry.
Screening questions will be repeated, and your temperature will be taken with a non-contact, infrared thermometer upon arrival.
Patients will be immediately escorted into the operatory room. Our waiting room (including the coffee station) will no longer be in use.
A Pre-Op Oral Rinse will be used by patients before examinations and procedures. This procedural rinse is critical and helps minimize contamination of operatory surfaces, the Denturist, and Patient.
A clear plastic screen has been installed at the front desk to minimize exposure to airborne pathogens.
Our Denturist and staff will be wearing all the recommended personal protective equipment.
